Theater Needs To Pay A Lot More Attention To Female Playwrights

Huffington Post: The gender gap pervades every industry and measurable statistic of modern life, except maybe roundups of gynecology patients. The theater is one of our worst examples. While festivals like Fringe work to include a wider range of female voices, overall far too little progress has been made in terms of gender parity.
