Theatre Banshee to Shutter on December 1, 2015

It is with heavy hearts that we post the sad news that The Banshee will be closing it’s doors Dec. 1. This fall we were hit with a sudden and drastic increase in our rent. We explored many options, none of which were able to cope with the new level of rent. This Thanksgiving, we give our thanks to our wonderful artists who came together in this remarkable venue to create theatre for more than twenty years. And we give our deep thanks to our donors and patrons for supporting our theatrical creations. This is not the end of Theatre Banshee, but it is the end of this chapter which took place on Magnolia Blvd. Our thanks to you all.
