Television: Theater’s New Friend?

tv-static-big-bangAmerican Theatre:  “I was less interested in just putting theatre on TV, but I am very interested in not-for-profit, small regional theaters, and I also saw that they were really struggling to survive,” explains Mary Salter. “We’re trying to develop an audience for people to go into theaters and be in a place with real human beings in real time.”
